Hosting the event will be none other than Spencer Lodge—celebrated media personality and one of Dubai’s leading voices in business strategy. The event aims to enter the Guinness World Records as the largest training session in the history of the real estate industry.
Dr Nour El-Serougy, already a Guinness World Record holder and founder of HRE Properties, will headline the training. With over 20 years of experience, his reach extends across the UAE, MENA region, and global markets.
In addition to the training, a thought-provoking panel discussion will explore the future of investment in the Dubai Islands. Contributors include Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy himself.
